Equipment

Materials

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1 Cup Mario Camacho Pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/3 Cup olive oil
  • 2 pieces garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Power on high until smooth.

Notes

Store in airtight container in refridgerator for up to one month.

Banana Pepper Salsa

Equipment

  • Food Processor

Materials

  • 1/2 Jar Mario Camacho banana peppers (omit vinegar)
  • 1 small jalapeno
  • 2 whole roma tomatoes
  • 1 whole garlic clove
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 leamon juiced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Slice your tomatoes and jalapeno into chunks (leave jalapeno seeds if you want heat).
  • Place peppers, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and cilantro in a food processor. Pulse a few times.
  • Add in white wine vinegar and lemon juice.
  • Pulse until desired thickness.
  • Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
  • Refridgerate and allow flavors to marry overnight.
